No longer is rubber
stamp making a time consuming process.
InstaPlate sachets have reduced the time
it takes to make stamps and come in a
range of sizes up to A4, the smaller sized
sachets are convenient when making a small
quantity of stamps.
What makes
up an InstaPlate Sachet?
An instaplate sachet is
made up of the exact same materials you
would use in a conventional liquid polymer
stamp making system.
A Base sheet - this is clear plastic sheet
that is rough on one side so when the
polymer keys into the plastic during UV
curing. The base sheet is the part of
the rubber stamp that is fixed to your
stamp handle or to your self inking unit.
Liquid Polymer - this is injected without
air bubbles between the base sheet and
the top sheet. The absence of air bubbles
is the greatest advantage of InstaPlate
over existing liquid polymer systems.
Top sheet - This thin plastic film is
discarded once the InstaPlate Sachet is
exposed to UV light and the stamps are
made.
Instaplate is a sealed product ready for
instant use, air bubbles and incorrect
placement of the base sheet, common problems
in traditional liquid polymer stamp making
is eliminated.
Once
processed the polymer is almost clear,
a very important factor for craft stamps
affixed to see through acrylic blocks.
